“The rooms were decently clean, although there was something left in the freezer, which was in a bag. Probably from the previous guest.. should’ve taken that out. But all in all was great. Staff super friendly especially Nicole, very accommodating, she checked us in. Breakfast was good but not excellent, our poached eggs were unfortunately overcooked, like boiled eggs… but staffs super nice and friendly. Service was excellent!”

“The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us.”

“The room was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. There were stains on the bedding/carpet/furniture. There was hair left on the pillow and bed, suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned between guests. The bed linen did not appear fresh or properly changed. The room gave the impression that it had been cleaned very superficially, if at all. The overall condition was unhygienic and unacceptable for accommodation.”
