“The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.”

“Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. ”
