“It's ok if you just want a bed for the evening. Very tired throughout and needs a full refurb desperately. The reception was sketchy at best and often unmanned. Don't bother with breakfast. It's not good That being said, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Shanklin itself is also run down. “We stayed here for two nights before our South Hampton Cruise departure. It was a great price compared to the prices near South Hampton Cruise Terminal. The staff was accommodating. They assisted us with getting a taxi from the mall back to the hotel. The Breakfast was really great. We had no issues checking in or out, they refunded the the hold on our card straight away. I would recommend.”
