Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...
