“Motel in easy walking distance to town centre. The room was very hot, so had our windows open and seagulls were screaming from 2am The room was clean plenty of hot water. Bed too soft for our liking so didn’t sleep well. Our door didn’t seem to fit right so had to slam it shut and heard a few more being slammed.”

“Rooms need some proper maintenance not superficial maintenance. Panels in the bathroom had been roughly relocated/fixed with adhesives or screws. Spotlights did not fit the holes in the ceiling, Bed was uncomfortable, eg we could feel the springs in the mattress which did not create a good nights sleep.”

“This countryside property just outside Thirsk is easy to find and offers a wonderful, peaceful retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a great shower, huge plush towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Having access to a pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The owner, Sue, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and home-cooked, full english breakfast as well as lighter options like smoked salmon and scrambled eggs alongside fresh fruit, yoghurt, and cereals. Highly...
