Love this hotel 2 nd time we’ve stayed in this hotel very local once shops and restraunts/ Bars literally on the doorstep sadly a few of our favourite bars are no longer there but we still love this hotel for the location

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and facilities. Service and food in the Pickled Sprout was excellent too. Compact double room that was very warm even with windows open and two fans. Be aware the parking is very limited and the recommended multi storey is a few minutes walk. Worked well and good value for a one night stay.
