Very clean and well appointed room. However, on the 20th floor, at night the HVAC system (presumably on the roof) would cut in and out and be deafening. I had to use ear plugs to stay asleep. The kitchenette comes with a Keurig coffee machine (with coffee pods, sugar, etc.), two coffee mugs, and that's it. Not a bowl or plate or cutlery. So even take-out would be a challenge. The breakfast buffet was good and the view was nice for that area.

Liked it all, very welcoming, friendly and lovely atmosphere

I wish there were zero stars. The staff are so low-class and inconsiderate. Took 3 hours to enter the hotel due to the security being on strike. The staff could not care less. We were prisoners; if we left, we could not get in for many hours again. $450/room and treated like trash. Ruined our entire stay with extreme bitterness and inconveniences. Food was awful. Internet were offline every 5-10 minutes. Totally ridiculous.

The rooms were very spacious and clean! The staff was so polite. The food in the restaurant was delicious too!

We loved our stay here will defiantly stay again, room was large, breakfast was wonderland and all staff were friendly
