“Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.”

“Great little stay, great amenities”

“I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. “Great place, often stay there”

“We stayed for just one night, staff very helpful in arrival. Room 12, quite compact but just about big enough, on suite was also compact but useful, clothes shelving was very dusty and marked a dark blue top and the mattress was well past its sell by date, could feel straight through it so no good for bad backs or metal hips! Kettle was a plus after a long journey and it was very quiet throughout the night, we would stay again but a better room.”

“A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.”

“Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all”

“We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

“All rooms on 2nd floor up 37 steps. No evening bar or restaurant. Asked for a non slip shower mat, Didn't get one. No staff after 3.00pm. More like a boarding house than a hotel.”
