I had a great stay at the motel! It was clean and affordable, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. While the staff did not bother us at all the lady responded almost immediately to each message and request.

Bed was super uncomfortable in the king suite. Stains on the couches.

The hotel was nice and clean, especially for an older historic building. The room appliances were outdated but convenient for longer stays. Parking was a bit inconvenient since we had to park about a block away, especially arriving late at night. The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. The front desk attendant was not very welcoming and seemed bothered that we arrived after midnight. He repeatedly told us we should have called ahead because our room could have been released to someone else, even though it was already booked and paid for. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never been told this before. Thankfully, checkout was a much better experience. The woman who assisted us was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. Overall, a nice stay, but the late-night check-in experience could definitely be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay! I attended the RB concert and it was the best decision.The Location is excellent for access to the AT&T stadium. The property is such a vibe. SELENA at the Vandy was so helpful and had great customer service. I only wish the parking situation was better.
