“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“This is a property without a reception desk and access is provided by a lock box key. i had a few problems downloading the key details. I emailed the property and was immediately contacted and provided with the necessary details. The property is very clean and the courtyard is a wonderful floral area. Some items of furniture were a bit tired but that is being really picky. There is no car parking outside the property but this is made clear prior to booking. There is street parking nearby.”
