Was easy to get to from Cardiff, initial train ride and then a bus which stopped right outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Will stay again.

The hotel is located in great location and within easy reach of Cardiff and good views. The staff really polite, friendly and helpful. The room and bedding linen was very clean. The bathroom did need bit of TLC. Although I did not get a chance to get breakfast, there were options for eating in and taking it away. I would recommend and would book hotel again.

Very basic but a very friendly welcome and everything in the room worked and was clean. Didn't have breakfast but evening meal was a good standard and plentiful. Service was friendly and efficient. Stayed for one night as getting an early flight the next morning. Ample free car parking which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again when flying out of Cardiff on an early flight.
