The property was clean and the staff was friendly. They have an extremely convenient shuttle service that runs quite frequently. However, this particular property doesn’t have a pool, but the sister -site next door does and you can access it with proof of stay.

Massive room which was perfectly clean. Great location, handy to the airport. In the grounds of the hotel there are a number of shops and an excellent outdoor area which had comfortable seating, nice music and lots of really good quality food trucks offering everything from Thai to Indian to Cuban and more. Highly recommended for a relaxing evening with good food. Breakfast at AC is great but make sure you book with your room as it’s very expensive to pay at breakfast. Around £30 per person but rebooking with room was around £11. Great selection and the staff in the restaurant were excellent too.

The staff at breakfast were very nice and thoughtful! The rooms were kept immaculate with everyday cleaning!

Very friendly and welcoming stop close to SJO. Very characterful, the rooms are large with a great view over the valley. The extensive grounds have great walking trails - we saw an agouti - for early morning walks and a hummingbirds visible from the breakfast restaurant and the jacuzzi next to the swimming pool. Staff are very helpful and friendly, food was good.

we enjoy the hotel’s location because it’s next to a shopping mall. The hotel staff is soooooo nice, we enjoyed our stay there.
