“There was no body wash in the shower; the front desk was not staffed in the mornings(we did have a number to call that we could not get connected to); the stool needed a plunger Sun morning..I found one in the men’s restroom & got the problem taken care of; the AC (cooled very well) was dripping while it ran …not constantly, but water had run down the floor.. it was apparently a condensation leak . I reported it when we 1st chkd in(Fri) & it was not fixed.

“We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had.
