I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon. Would never recommend trying to stay there. Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either

It’s a budget friendly place . But the rooms are way to small and thight space . Staff was very helpful.
