“El calor en las habitaciones era terrible El Aire Acond. No funcionaba”

“A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was happily not tucked into the bed, meaning you could get straight in without having to re-tuck the bed sheet in (tucked in duvets is a pet hate!). The food was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the place was lovely. Will definitely stay again.”

“This was our first holiday after 5 years due to severe illness. We told staff this as it was my sisters 10 year wedding anniversary and my mom's birthday who suffers with MS. They said something special would be organised. Nothing was. I asked at reception which then gave 3 Welsh cakes with happy birthday written on BOTH plates. Really disappointing. We live beetle in the room and gave it in a glass to reception. No glass was replaced. We stayed Executive no robes ( asked 3 times) no wellbeing...

“No se parece en absoluto a las fotos. Ya cuando entras y te dicen que tienes que subir al segundo piso y que no tienen ascensor empiezas a sospechar de que ese lugar no está bien acondicionado, pero cuando ves la habitación, te quedas con ganas de salir y pedir un reembolso. Todo está viejo:cuando te vas a dormir sientes cada uno de los muelles de la cama, en el lavabo hay un grifo para agua caliente y un grito para agua fría lo cual ya imaginas que es súper antiguo y que te obliga a ir moviendo...
