The place is pretty cool! A unique stay. Definitely not a great place if you are planning on working since their WiFi is not the best. They do have a small coworking space but the lighting is kinda bad and bad WiFi as well. Aside from that, everything was great! The plunge pool was nice, the rooms nice and clean, and breakfast was small but good.

Everything was clean. It was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. We will certainly be back.

We had a very disappointing and sad experience here :( I really hope things can change for the better in the future at this resort because they have an incredible location and nice staff members. The first and second rooms we entered were so hard to breathe in because of a strong musty smell (like a basement) that we moved to a third room. We were getting settled into the third room when we noticed the A/C did not work. We waited for the technician to fix it, but the wait became too long for us. We were also concerned that the problems would only continue, so we decided to leave the resort after a few hours. They were kind to offer us a fourth room, but we did not want to wait for it to be ready and were very concerned about the quality of the resort as a whole at that point. We went to the resort next door and had a fantastic time there. While I understand these things happen, the most disappointing part was the refund request experience. Despite multiple requests, the resort did not provide us with a refund. The refund policy is very strict, with little flexibility based on our experience. We have no hard feelings, as this is business, but I wish we had read more of the lower-rated reviews before booking so we could have had a fuller understanding of what we were getting into. I wish all the best for this resort, but I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you are sensitive to smells in rooms. I hope things can change for the better—there is so much potential there!
