The reviews for this were not great, but I was blown away- the property was clean and tidy. The view was great and this was a fun stay for our family. The master bed mattress was a little weird and the wind made loud noises but that’s not the owners fault. Great stay, would return!

Very clean and really cute! We loved the place! Awesome view from balcony but was raining all weekend so we couldn’t really enjoy it! The master bed was not comfy but the twin beds were. I do highly recommend the place. Very safe with security cameras all around the resort and the resort was very clean also.

Very recently, we took our grandkids on a NC mountain trip. We visited Blowing Rock, Linville Caverns and Springs, and Grandfather Mountain, which was the kids favorite. We stayed in Banner Elk, on top of the mountain, at the Sugartop Resort. Awesome place to stay, incredible place to visit. The best part about the resort was the indoor pool. It gave us something to look forward to in the evening. We cooked dinners in as it was easier with the kids. The particular condo we had could have had a few more cooking items, but it was clean and comfortable for the four of us. Great trip all around.

The unit was largely as expected. Our only problem was a noisy circuit box. Clicking all night. Be advised that there is nothing within walking distance.

The commode had poop in it and the condo has a bad smeill either the drains or the carpet we had to leave the windows open the whole time
