This hotel is basic. It definitely needs upgrading. Lots of unused space. Store fronts that are closed. You can stay here if your not looking for much.

Positives: The price is great if you're wanting a place to sleep. The location is ideal if you're wanting to be on that side of the Strip and if you are wanting a budget friendly place to stay within walking distance of the Sphere this is a great option. All the staff seemed friendly and nice. Although we didn't have a car the free parking seems to be a decent perk. Negatives: The two bath towels that were in our bathroom when we arrived were stained which was gross. All the towels we received after that were fresh and clean. We paid extra for a Strip view and continental breakfast at "The Coffee Shop". While I understand this isn't easy to keep clean, but our window was so dirty that it was hard to see out off and enjoy the view. The breakfast is NOT worth it. You get one hardboiled egg, some fruit, and bunch of carbs (danish, croissant, and muffin). The fruit and egg tasted great, but the other stuff tasted dry and like they were starting to get other flavors on them. The servers were very sweet though so I can't say anything negative about the service.

Hotel was definitely dated. The bed was one of the worst I have slept in. It was so soft we were sinking. I reserved one night on our way to Zion National Park. Honestly would not stay there again. Would try somewhere else.
