“Fantastic luxury hotel, great food and service”

“Interior del hotel muy bien decorado. Habitación amplia (7), cómoda y calentita. En el cuarto de baño había un problema de evacuación del agua de la ducha. Punto negativo, la manera de recibir ha sido un poco impersonal y hemos tenido que pagar todo con antelación cuando hemos llegado. Personal del desayuno muy simpático, muchas gracias a ella por sus sonrisas y su ayuda. Desayuno muy bueno y completo.”

“This is a nice hotel but I would advise booking a room on the second floor as none of the rooms have carpets so I didn't get a lot of sleep due to the people upstairs repeatedly getting up and walking about at all hours followed by the draymans delivery early in the morning which was right below my room. Its a perfectly good stay and very well situated in Bala,.... just make sure you book a second floor room.”

“Second time we've stayed here and won't be out last. Plenty of space with large kitchen and living area, comfy beds and lovely little touches like biscuits, milk, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Perfect spot for Bala and exploring the surrounding area. Definitely recommended”

“We had a lovely stay it was very clean and everything you needed apart from a gas cooker. Beatrice was lovely and very welcoming the only thing we was a little uncomfortable with was we felt we was living with her as she was next door and her balcony was right next to ours. It was more a guest room than an apartment with her being next to us. We couldn't relax thinking tv might be to loud, or music not that we have it on loud but we was still worried. Also could do with sweeping brush and hoover...
