“Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall”

Es wird nicht investiert oder erneuert. Für ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist es okay,aber bei längeren Aufenthalt fallen schon ein paar Sachen ins Auge. “There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. “Room was clean, the staff were responsive”

“On arrival thw managed didn't expect us, there wasn't a room ready and they were moving a wardrobe etc into our allocated room. I had to ask for towels, a kettle, a sheet to put over us on the bed. Electric sockets were dangerous, the balcony was filthy and the chairs disgusting. Day 2 of being there, no power and I gave the manager money to top up the electric. After one week there was no water. This place is disgusting and needs closing down ”

“We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man.”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much”
