Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice whilst in bed. Also, no safe access to restaurant from reception.

The location was great, the room was spacious with a pool view. The staff were so lovely! There was an issue though with Wi-Fi on arrival; 48 hours later, the problem was remedied. Trying to regulate the hot water, this didn’t get fixed before I left and I didn’t get offered a change of room, as was suggested when I got my Gambian friend to contact them locally. I would definitely have accepted if I was! Scorching hot water and getting my foot burnt was not good but otherwise, had a really nice & peaceful, stay.😁

Room and bed are confortable. But the staff who take care of cleaning and cleanliness do not do their job well, especially in the toilets. More effort will be needed to provide customers with clean towels. The swimming pool is very beautiful
