“Pros: * super friendly staff * good location Cons: * no restaurant - the hotel emailed us 6 times before our stay. Not a single time did they let us know their cook had quit so they closed the restaurant. This was one of the reasons we had picked this hotel. * no AC - the air conditioner wasn't working in our room with 90F weather. As it blew hot air, I turned it off and asked them to fix it. So insulting, they told me it worked, I just had to find the remote and turn it on! So I called...

“Great experience - close to Malendure beach, nice facilities and a very helpful host. We could both go to restaurants and cook on our own. Nice nature around the house as well. Would definitely use it again.”

“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”
