Everything from the arrival, to staff, the room and food was perfect and of course the wonderful view from the room and the Sky Terrace was breathtaking. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. “It is hard to put into words how magical our stay here was. Starting our morning with delicious breakfast on the porch, with the most hospitable staff, especially Hugo, was a special experience we will never forget. We call him our Italian grandpa now. “Llegamos a las 16hrs. y a pesar de que nuestra reserva era una habitación De Luxe con vistas al lago, nos dieron una habitación con dos balcones minúsculos, uno al parking y otro con vista lateral y obstruida al lago, nada que ver con las imágenes publicadas en vuestra página. Cómo podrán comprobar, la reserva la hicimos un mes antes de nuestra estancia y realizamos el pre-checking online dos dias antes de nuestra llegada.
