The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)

The staff service was efficient and the location was convenient, very close to the ferry terminal. Free breakfast was included, have air con, but the facilities—especially the bathroom—were a bit dated. The main issue is that the hotel claims to offer free parking, but it actually operates on a "first-come, first-served" basis, and there simply aren't enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests. I stayed for two nights, and even though I asked the staff to reserve a free space for me on the second night, poor communication among them meant I had to pay for parking on both nights. This is something worth noting. On a side note: If there are no parking spaces left due to this issue and you don't mind an 8-minute walk, there is a very cheap parking lot located on the hill behind the hotel.

The view like side is exeptional. The only part of the room that is not well maintained are the bathroom. It is the worst one that we got on our trip. They are clean bit not well maintained. Do not expect free parking. Are parking is availlable not to far aways at 20 euro per night in extra. Inter ner is not stable. The breakfeast are good.

Le stationnement gratuit est à 10 minutes de marche jusqu’à un garage souterrain difficile à trouver dans le trafic intense de la ville. L’hôtel est bruyant car route très fréquentée. Wifi gratuit seulement dans les aires communes. Le prix est cher compte tenu de ces désagréments mais la vue est très jolie.
