“hotel terriblement bruyant au point d’entendre les problèmes gastriques du client à l’autre bout du couloir, bruit incessant des voitures (carrefour) digne d’une clientèle qui ne vient pas pour dormir !!! pire, la désagréable tenancière voulait nous faire payer les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils avaient été payé à la réservation ”

“Hotel in general is ok but the fact that they wanted to charge extra for the Spa is not fair. You see on hotels.com pictures of the SPA it is included in primary service of hotel and nowhere it is written you need to pay extra its use. I have no problem to pay but the reaction of the receptionists was rather aggressive where I was the one that did not understand how it works. Dear hotel if you publish lots of pictures of SPA facility and you put it in your description as primary service...

“The best hotel ever and feel like living in a castle! The room is very big and nicely renovated. Property is huge and you can walk around to see many swans, birds, ducks etc. the breakfast buffet is amazing. You must stay here when visiting Hanover!”

“It's a fantastic Hotel as well as the city. Maybe is on of the best Hotel I ever stayed with EXPEDIA inc. the Grand Elysee at Hamburg. If you are traveling with your family and you are not in a worry, forget Hanover and come to this Old City. Hamburg was almost destroyed at WWII, because was always the alternative target if they could not accomplish the mission.
