“The room was impeccable: very comfortable, spacious, and with a beautiful view. It had all the amenities you could need. They made us feel very comfortable and were always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was honestly spectacular. There were many options, both local and...

“I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

“My wife, 3 months baby and me stayed four nights during a long weekend. We choose the area because we had some business to attend nearby, but we would probably stay there even if going somewhere else. There are many cafes, restaurants, markets, even Lotte Mall, in the vicinity of the lake, although most of them are at a good walk distance, they have taxis at the hotel entrance and a shuttle bus to take you to certain places (with a fixed schedule) Somerset does a great job with keeping good...
