My room and the overall property was excellent and will stay here again for my next visit! I love that parking is free unlike other hotels where they have daily fees! My king suite was spacious and had nice views and was great to have separate dressing room area plus extra door that blocks noise from the hallway. Rating a 10 out of 10 & always loved the Virgin brand and have been flying Virgin Atlantic for decades and never disappoints!:) Cheers

It's ok, its not bad just not great. rooms have no dressers very little storage. 8th floor odds going up to 8069 have no view just the tower next to it and uber pickup down below.

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. Loved our stay and will continue to stay here as the property has so much to offer in restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the location couldn't be better!
