“No thanks to Expedia who booked a us a family room for us when none was available- however the staff at the hotel were great and were able to find a solution for one night. Hotel is in a great spot and the staff are very accommodating.”

“I booked a double room which was so small. It had a dreadful view over an alley and roof top. So not desirable in any way. The room had a small fan - there is no air conditioning - we roasted - it was so so hot unbearable. With two adults in such a small room with no air-conditioning terrible. What made it worse was that there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom that was permanently on which you could not turn off so the small bathroom was so hot and made the room even worse. “Hotel was in good condition, however one of the lights for bedtime reading was blown and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied, but for one night, it was ok. Food was not the best both breakfast and evening. Breakfast hot food was barely warm and evening was the same after waiting 30mins after ordering and only being us and another couple dining. There was a restaurant next door however they fill up fast and had no spaces for us, hence eating in the hotel. In review....book the restaurant next...
