The staff were very helpful, professional and polite. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The young lady on reception was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her. She's a credit to the hotel. The whole experience was brilliant, very relaxing stay before we continued our journey to Newquay. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

From the outside it looked very run down but the reception bar, dining rooms were lovely and the view outside was stunning! The down fall is the noise from the motorway we had very poor sleep! We had a standard room which I thought would have been bigger than the cosy but our room was small but clean. The lack of sleep spoilt it for us. The leisure facilities were lovely and our evening meal. We had a full English breakfast which was good.

Can't fault the lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was as expected but lacked gluten free options. Rooms were in need of refurbishment but beds were comfy and great tv options along with good and free WiFi. Also plenty of free parking for guests.

Had a great stay, room was good, quiet, clean, excellent view. Shower was hot. The pool was a nice extra and we booked in for an hour with no problems. Food was good, both breakfast and in the restaurant. The grounds were lovely to walk around. Staff very helpful Plenty of parking Definitely worth the price with our blue light discount too - will absolutely book again when in the area

I only stayed here as it was fairly close to Bristol airport.. The staff were very friendly upon arrival, reception and bar area all very nice looking but the room itself was very outdated. Don’t get me wrong I love an old building, but the room felt very tired and dirty. I’m glad I was only using it as a bed for the night to be honest.. if I’d booked as a spa weekend I’d have been very disappointed!

I would recommend the webbington hotel 100% the only thing I would say is you have to remember there is no lifts so if you have a disability book the ground floor if possible the staff are brilliant & will help you with anything you need they made my little dog so welcome the reception staff are friendly & polite one member of staff Gino could not do enough to help he is a great member of the staff there all in all the Webbington Spa is an ideal place to stay to relax or sight seeing the views are breathtaking

Clean room. The pool can be booked for swimming or family sessions, unusual setup but works well. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here several times but only this time did I realise the motorway was so close, as it was light when I was leaving. The soundproofing is very good in the hotel.
