“Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen.”

“Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel.”

“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”

“We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower”

“The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food.”

This falls well below basic hygiene standards and is completely unacceptable for anyone staying there, especially young children. It is clear the room was not properly checked or cleaned before we arrived. I reported the issue immediately to staff at the hotel, and followed up through the official channels to raise a formal...

“It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....
