“This hotel has been beautifully renovated and my room was clean and exceptionally comfortable to stay in. I was so impressed by all of the thoughtful details that went into the design of my room and the hotel overall. The staff were also lovely and kind, and the hotel was very conveniently located. I will 1000% be returning to this hotel the next time I'm in Melbourne!”

“Excellent service from the start bring shown for outside where the hotel entrance was. Got early check in with IHG membership. Very friendly staff at reception that were interested in what we were doing in the city. Room very clean, neat, very quiet (heard no street noise at all) different pillow type choices were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again ”
