En el cuarto de baño he echado de menos un espejo de maquillaje, ya que debido a la falta de ventilación el espejo grande se empaña después de cada ducha. En la bañera falta una barra de agarre - es fácil patinar al ser bastante alta. ”

Die Lage oberhalb von Lugano ist traumhaft – ruhig, mitten im Grünen und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den See. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Auch die Restaurantküche ist empfehlenswert – regionale Spezialitäten in hoher Qualität. The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. “Increíble hotel, uno de los mejores o si no el mejor en el que me he hospedado, el personal demasiado amigable, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de 2 habitaciones y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciones, el desayuno increíble, hay tanto que elegir que te cuesta trabajo decidir, lo único malo, es que enfrente hay criadero de vacas y el olor cuando sales llega a ser un poco desagradable, pero adentro del hotel todo maravilloso, su piscina está increíble”
