The customer service was excellent. I had the pleasure to be checked in by Amy Jordan. After traveling for quite sometime she was able to make my check in painless and swift. The property was clean. It can use some special attention in some areas but oversall it was clean. My only problem was the bed. Neither my husband or I slept well at all! We tossed and turned both nights.

Didn’t get the front desk ladies name but she was super sweet and accommodating for my handicap husband and I. Even offered an early check in. Wish I had gotten her name. She was the absolute best!

Every member of staff was wonderful. The lobby was a very cozy place to hang out and very relaxing. We were really disappointed that the Jacuzzi pictured in the photos for this property on Hotels.com did not exist. I’m not sure whether this is the fault of Hotels.com or the hotel itself, so I didn’t let it impact our review, but we had chosen the hotel specifically because there was a Jacuzzi, so it was a big let down.
