“The place was clean and quiet. The morning breakfast was a lot of food quite a variety. The staff was helpful with our trip. If we're in the area we will stay there again”

“Location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the amenities in town and being next to the canal made for a pleasant walk. Room was overlooking the canal which I asked for, it did the job required, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. We stayed on a BnB tariff, breakfast was varied and decent although tinned tomatoes and mushrooms are a let down but that is a personal choice.”

“We stayed for two nights, the cleaner didn’t seem to come in to the room for day two, although we put a sign on the door? We wanted to eat in the bar area around 8.00 ish (Saturday evening) but were told that only the main restaurant menu was available, so asked about the room service menu which we ordered but weren’t given the opportunity to have it delivered to the bar, so just sat in our room. “Very professional and helpful staff on arrival and room ready early. Room was spacious clean and plenty of pillows etc if required. The cleaning staff couldn't do enough for us,we asked and it was done straight away, extremely helpful and Breakfast was top notch ?? A vast selection of hot and cold food? even for the very fussy.
