“The staff is super helpful and the welcoming. I have never seen such good service in resort before. The sisha they serve in the room is one of the best. Try to book their KClub rooms, they are much quitter and the view is breathtaking. The housekeeping service is great and faster than anyone can imagine. You might think i am praising too much but when you visit you will know. There is a restaurant not belong to the hotel called Tis cafe, you must visit there and try their duck”

“We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were told it was not possible to stay because we only had one room booked, when I showed printouts of our booking with two rooms they found a second tent at the far side of the site for the first night and moved us next to each other for the second night. Free 2 km camel ride was 50 metres and then demand for more money and when told no, told to get off. Some staff constantly expected tips. Some staff were very good. “I stayed only one night but wished I stayed an extra one. The staff were so accommodating and extremely friendly. I really loved the afternoon walk around the village where I saw my first elephant of my Sri Lankan trip and evening walk around the gardens looking at the nocturnal animals. I would highly recommend staying here!!”
