“We had a wonderful stay at Skyrim Lodge, with the accommodation and communication surpassing our expectations. Just a short walk to the lake and many coffee/dinner options, plus a beautiful view of the stars.”

“Beautiful hostel. Lake Tekapo is astonishing ”

“Great experience”

“Lovely stay Ann-Maree was so welcoming lovely room with an amazing view and all the amenities you could hope for. Ended our visit with a superb breakfast and lots of tips for our onward travel and a great podcast recommendation for the drive to Mount Cook. Hope to return one day.”

“nice place”

“After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. ”

“Very welcoming hosts :)”
