“Loved the position of the rooms, overlooking the hills. No stairs. Large facilities. Offload parking, no charge. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble Ate at the pub, good selection of pub food and drinks. Would have liked complimentary shower gel.”

“Clean spacious room, looks nice, there was a little “kitchen” and fridge with milk/ cerials to use. Location at Prom was nice being in the center of town. Not so nice; room at 3rd floor with no elevator and heavy bags. We hoped for a nice view on the Prom, but for that you had to stand up at the window to look down from this attic room. After 8am no longer free parking so you need to set the alarm and go down to pay before breakfast.”

“Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way. There was a single duvet on it and only one clean towel on top (three towels in total for 4 guests), so even the staff are aware that it cannot sleep 2 persons. This resulted in myself and my two children sharing the bed and my mum on the sofa bed. The tv flex wasn’t long enough to reach the socket. There was a used plaster, hair ties and...

“Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”

“The Guest House was excellent. Very clean. Lovely couple who owned the guest house were very helpful. All in all a great experience 👍👍”
