“We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming and sits right on the edge of the moor. Good road access to all areas. “Very poor 'welcome' from the receptionist. She seemed miserable and dis-interested. She also could not find our pre-booked details initially and then when she did, tried to charge us an additional £75 even though we had paid in full. On the plus side, the room was very good. Very clean, comfortable bed and a good shower. Only two teabags on the tray, which was either an oversight or just a bit mean.”
