“It is a wonderful historic building with golf course in beautiful grounds. The hotel's defining feature is the pool, spa and gym facilities, which are well maintained and of very high standard. If this does not interest you, don't stay here. It seems like the primary business focus of the hotel is to host weddings and large celebratory events. “Clean and spacious room. Comfy bed. Electric fan provided in the room was a plus. Clean toilet and shower. Enjoyed the swimming pool and changing rooms clean. Ample parking. Safe area. Very satisfied customers here.”

“Another great staycation at The King's Arms. Easy booking, great accommodation, friendly staff & the most amazing food. Really good value for Money & convenient to shops on North walsham High Street. Would very highly recommend. Parking is possible behind the Hotel but we decided to park in a local carpark a few hundred yards away. Very reasonably priced & easy to get a ticket using the App.”

“Professional and friendly staff. Rooms had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Location was good with major attractions very close. Although we liked the hotel, we felt it somehow lacked atmosphere: there was nothing really to invite you to linger in the communal rooms or to entice you towards the bar and restaurant (music playing, welcome drink, etc).”

“Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again.”
