“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

“Great hosts. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent value, comfy beds, great lounge and tv, easy parking, 80 mt to the supermarket complex, across from the bowling club, central, yet very quiet. Sure, there are flashier places (and more expensive ones) to stay at, but I would return again without hesitation. Everything you need for a good nights sleep.”

“Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere.”

“Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good.”

“Good accommodation, a bit expensive for the room. The lighting on the rooms could be improved. Had 2 different rooms, king room and studio appartment and lighting poor in both room, But great location.”
