6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness

The staff were generally great. I was there for a conference and stayed 2 nights. The first night my TV didn't work and when I tried to use the phone to call the front desk it didn't work either. When I called from my cell phone they wanted to send a maintenance crew to my room. By this time it was 11pm. As a solo female traveler I wasn't comfortable with that and said they could come in the morning. When I asked for a partial credit for the night the person on the phone had no response. They did not come the next morning at the time they said they would. When I went to the front desk they were so nice and when I returned to my room that afternoon everything was fixed. The in person interactions with all the staff, including the bartenders, and shuttle drivers was exceptional though.

The room was clean . The Rooms A/C. Was finicky. Would not let me cool the room to 70. Kept resetting to 73. I got a good deal from Expedia my room was 139. Lol. But Marriotte gets theres by making you pay 49 dollars a day for parking. Thats hidden. The staff are very nice for the most part To the point it feels sleazy The working staff. Doirma
