Nice, private and quite place with terrace and real fire place in living room and bedroom with wood delivery in front of your doors every day. Houses are privately owned, little old inside, but well maintained and clean. 5stars.

Just stayed for a night, but everything was perfect!

I loved that it was walking distance to Gila River Arena. The hotel staff had mentioned they were in the process of renovations but I never saw or heard of any construction going on which was very nice!

This hotel is clean and has everything needed for a short or long business trip. Highly recommend.

The room appeared generally clean. Beds were comfortable with nice white sheets. Bath was clean. All generally in good shape. We did find a surface with water spots. One big disappointment was the women checking us in did not wear a mask. That really concerned us and we wiped down all touch surfaces ...
