“Whirlpool in my room was very dirty. I ran the jets drained and cleaned it myself and still felt slimy when I tried getting in. Didn't even bother to say anything about it because desk staff hardly noticed they were at work. Didn't feel like they would do anything about it. But also I paid too much to clean the room at all. 2.5/5 lower the price and its a solid 4”

“We found the bed was too high for a “Handicap” rated room, we think it would be too high for a person in a wheelchair to access easily. While neither of us uses a wheelchair, my wife has limited use of her feet and lower legs and she found it difficult to get on the bed.
Thank you to all the staff we found them friendly and capable.”
