Vacations Close To Aréna Cité Des Jeunes

The hotel room was smaller than expected but the location was ideal. I was able to walk to the hotel to and from the train station. I only used a train twice in 5 days. Everything was within walking distance. We were able to check out the jazz festival as it was only a block away.

Awesome staff! They were very helpful and let me check in early. Pretty outside patio and trails and, Also loved how you can use amenities even before check in! Will be staying here again!

We had a bad experience and I wish they had tried to make things right but the hotel ran out of hot water so our second night we didn’t have any and couldn’t take showers .we waited the next day but it never got fixed and it was how they handled it that was terrible.we were charged the full amount with a promise that the manager would contact us to give us some kind of break on our bill.this is an expensive hotel and I waited over a month but never heard anything from them even though I sent emails to their email account.very disappointed in how things were handled and would still appreciate hearing something and addressing this problem.we live in California so when she offered a free night in the future we said we won’t be back to Canada again but if she was willing to give us a free night why could she take a night and day without hot water off our bill or even contact us.very disappointed and still waiting to hear something as it was June 24,25 that we were there and it’s now the end of July

This hotel is a GEM. Downtown Montreal, close to everything, well equipped (except for paper towels in the kitchen, these are not supplied!). Coffee, tea and laundry detergent ARE supplied! Huge balcony. Great views from the 20 th floor terrace. Nice pool and hot tub and comfortable seating area on the 14th. Not noisy at all with windows closed, but they do supply a soothing sound device if you need it. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was very generous in size and well priced. Full kitchen in place, and good grocery store nearby.
