Everyone were smiling, engaging, helpful and amazing. The room was fine, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great with good options of activities for a family. “The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff.
