“Nice”

“Best hotel in Nairobi. Top restaurants, clean, cold AC, very safe and close to services and shopping options.”

“El hotel excelente. Muy bien situado aunque la zona es un poco fea y se siente insegura. El personal muy amable menos los que atienden en el restaurante que son de una escuela de hoteleria.”

“Excelente para hospedarte en familia”

“Had a warm welcome ”

“Habitacion ok y limpia Hotel no family friendly como lo dicen. ”

“El hotel está en obras, mucho ruido a lo largo del día y varias plantas incluida la del Gimnasio con obras.”

“Security is great; good location and building is well maintained.”

“Buen diseño, buena decoración y muy bien personal. Atento aunque demasiado joven. ”

“Had to wait because room was not yet ready even after check-in time! Then room was full of mosquitoes and not properly cleaned because the windows stayed open. Had to be moved to a different room with less amenities for the stay. Lack of communication between staff as they change shifts so we had to pay twice for a late check-out. Could not work that day because of the back and forth. Still waiting for the refund of the double late checkout fee payment.”

“Not want I had expect. Environment iwas not comfortable enough for a good nights stay, I expected. Staff didn't know my stay included breakfast so I had to wait for them to order for items to prepare it. This inconvenienced me.”

“Thanks Marta for the attention”

“Staff- During checking, the host did not show us all the amenities. It gets too HOT at night, in the morning the builders are drilling which is very loud. Room- is spacious but there is an extra charge for cleaning. Security team are impressive, safe location. ”

“Excellent, mais cependant il manque un climatiseur”
