“Staff were very helpful and understanding of after hours checkin. Getting the key was a smooth process in the after hours chute and the room was ready for us, with heating and lights already turned on, which we were very appreciative of as it was a cold night. The beds were clean and comfortable and parking was easy.”

“The room was large, comfortable, fresh and quiet to say we were on the roadside. Graham was very friendly and helpful to guide us to where to visit in town. Big TV, everything else you need. Thanks so much would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Ararat.”
