“Lovely hotel and Lovely staff great food the breakfast was delicious, great value the only criticism would be the lack of fresh air in the hotel perhaps opening a couple of doors or windows would help but that might just be me . Had a lovely sleep and enjoyable stay .”

“Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”

“I booked a proper double bedroom, but on arrival I was given a tiny twin room with two single beds. When I raised the issue, the hotel simply said that it was in the same category and available at the same price. That does not change the fact that I had specifically booked a double room and was given a different type of room.”
