we check in and went to our room and questionable people were sitting on the hinging on he balcony and was watching us the whole time and i told my husband that i was not getting out the car and we went back to the office and told the rude man that checked us in that we were staying and wanted a full refund. he told us no see the company for it and walked away.very rude from first we checked in and checked out. never will we go on a computer again very mis leading

The receptionist was friendly, the furniture in the rooms is deteriorated, the faucet of the shower in our room stopped working and they could never solve the problem, the breakfast was good but it is not completely available until the time they say and they could not give us another room or a refund if we left because of the problem of the shower

Staff extremely helpful when we arrived. Rooms very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent.
