Just amazing

Quick stay in the city for a fun Thursday night out, I had a breeze checking in with fast keys to the room within minutes from a helpful and friendly attitude front desk staff/hotel management. Room was clean, spacious, and fitted our needs. Great experience overall except we were unable to connect to any of the tv apps due to their server not allowing us (we called front desk and unfortunately weren’t able to have anyone come til the next morning) we lived without watching our fav show that night but that experience of not being able to come back after drinks and connect to YouTube/ Netflix etc did damper the rooms “warmness”. Nice tile bathroom that was charming and equipped with a Large closet you could prob have a 8ft tall man lay down comfortably in. Would stay again as union square and lots of walkable attractions in every direction from hotel

Overall good place to stay. It was clean, they had everything you may need. But it was pretty far from places I wanted to see. Would stay here again just for the price though.

​Do not stay here. We had such a terrible experience that we didn't even unpack or stay the night. ​From the start, management was entirely unreachable—they ignored phone calls, texts, and emails. Upon arrival, we were charged $30 to park in the back, but when we tried to enter through the back door and rang the doorbell, no one ever opened it. ​When we finally made it inside, people were loudly arguing right in the front reception area, making the environment feel extremely unsafe. The property is poorly maintained with loud, creaking floors and dirty carpets. To make matters worse, our room smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke. ​We got ready, left for a concert, and as soon as we got back, we checked out immediately. Save your money and safety—look elsewhere.
